Help us build a lasting venture firm.

We are hiring Senior Associates and Principals onto our Space Tech and Deep Tech investment team, on a genuine partner track. Tell us about you.

This is not a generic form. We have thought carefully about what matters to us and asked only the questions we genuinely care about, so nothing you write here gets skimmed or skipped. Your answers matter, and we read every one.

About 10 to 15 minutes. A few short written answers; everything else is quick.

The basics

Who you are and where to reach you. About 30 seconds.
linkedin.com/in/
Substack, X, personal site, anything you'd like us to see.

Your expertise

The area you know cold, and what you have actually built.
PDF or Word, up to 10MB.
Select all that apply.
Specifics over adjectives: what you know on the technical side, or who you know and how deep on the relationships side.
Tools, websites, bots, scripts, cron jobs, automations, internal tools. Tell us what it does, what you used to build it, and, if you worked with others, what you did. It can be for work, for fun, for friends, or just to learn, and it does not need to relate to what we do. We are hiring builders, not just people who use AI to write and summarize, and we mostly want to see that you enjoy building and how you go about it.
GitHub, a live demo, a Loom walkthrough.

How you think

A look at your judgment and your read on the space.
Early stage is what interests us, roughly pre-seed through Series A, ideally in your area. Well known in its niche is completely fine. We want to see how you think, not to source leads.
We are building a diverse team with different working styles and strengths, so be candid. There is no right answer here.
A link to a 60 to 90 second intro (Loom, an unlisted YouTube video, or a Google Drive link anyone with the link can view).

Last bit

Quick logistics and you are done.
We're still raising the fund, so the early stretch will be lean. Would you be open to starting with us part-time, around an hour a day alongside your current role, until we're capitalized enough to bring you on full-time?
